Sheila and Carter Franklin graciously donated this bell on behalf of Memorial-Spring Branch Rotary Club to our sponsored Rotary Houston Energy Corridor Club. The presentation was done at the July 21st Memorial-Spring Branch Club meeting and the July 23rd Houston Energy Corridor social. We are looking forward to many years of service and fellowship with our local sister club and wish Charter President Sandra Liu a great year.
