Patrick is a regional economist and vice president of research at the greater Houston partnership. He oversees the research department which provides information gathering, data analysis, database management, economic forecasting, and mapping functions for the partnerships for divisions. Prior to working as an economist, PATRICK worked as a business rider for Houston magazine, Houston city magazine, Houston engineer, and the Houston business Journal. He is a frequent speaker on business and economic issues and has served as an expert witness in cases regarding local business trends. Patrick has worked for the greater Houston partnership, and its predecessor, the Houston Chamber of Commerce, for nearly 30 years. He has been married to Olga for 30 years, and hopes to spend at least 30 more years with her, but not necessarily the partnership :-)
