SERVICE ABOVE SELF

Mission: To make a positive difference in our local community through collaboration, support, and volunteerism.
( C ) Rotary Club Projects ( D ) Rotary District Projects
( C ) “Lets Bag It” - with MAM Jan.- Feb. 2024
Bring in your paper bags and plastic bags from your shopping trips along with newspaper to give to our local Memorial Assistance Ministries (MAM) resale thrift store to help “families meet their basic needs and learn skills to build better lives”. These bags will be used in their Resale thrift store. Purchases and donations to the thrift store make a difference to many families.

Bring the bags and newspapers each week to the MSB Rotary Friday club meeting: January 5, January 19, Feb 2 or Feb 16.  We will deliver the bags and needed supplies on Feb 16, 2024.  For more info contact: MaryAnn Sterrett-Russell m.sterrett2@att.net

( C) MAM Home Care Hygiene Cupboard Pack
MAM Family assistance offers a variety of programs to help families in need. The families they serve struggle to provide food and basic necessities. MAM offers in-kind donations that help such as cleaning supplies and hygiene products. We will be preparing and packing male and female hygiene packs on Friday, Feb.  16 at 1 PM after the Rotary club meeting.
Hope to see you!
For more info: contact MaryAnn Sterrett-Russell at
m.sterrett2@att.net

In addition to the Hygiene packs, if you would like to donate, the MAM cupboard needs: Dishwashing liquid (32 oz and less), Household cleaner (32 oz and less), Disposable diapers, Feminine Hygiene Products and/or gently used resalable clothes packed in boxes or bags. Feel free to bring on Feb 16 and we will deliver to MAM.
