Today: Club Assembly

Today's meeting - Friday, July 10th   - will be a Club Assembly.
 
The Memorial-Spring Branch Rotary Club holds a club assembly at least four times a year (every quarter + as needed) for the members to discuss matters of concern with the club. Normally, the club assembly is not open to visitors, but this first assembly of the year will be an open meeting.
 
The agenda is:
  1.      To detail the goals and activities for 2015/16 as described in our Strategic Plan
  2.      To acquaint the members with the Committee Structure and Committee Chairs for the year.
  3.      Provide an opportunity for those members who are not already on a committee to select their committee for the year 2015/16.
As always, all members are invited to attend Club Board Meetings on the 3rd Friday of every month, after the club meeting.
