Our speaker, Theresa Strong, founder and Executive Director of Bel Inizio, discussed the nonprofit organization's dedication to helping disadvantaged women achieve a better life. She started Bel Inizio in 2010 while working full-time as the Development Director for Vecinio Community Health Clinic and then for St. Catherine's Montessori School. After building Bel Inizio over nights and weekends for 5 years, Theresa became the full-time Executive Director in February 2014.
